Critical Finding: When consumers formally request a refund or question the validity of the service, Lunar Astro's standard operating procedure is to immediately terminate their account access. This revokes their access to materials they have already paid for, effectively stealing their initial investment.

2. Violation of Consumer Protection Laws

Blocking a user's access to a purchased digital product simply because they filed a complaint is a direct violation of international and domestic consumer protection frameworks. This tactic is designed to silence dissent and prevent victims from gathering evidence for chargebacks.
